MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

Work closely with various departments of Government (State and Central) to facilitate the investment proposal for Gopalpur Industrial Park. Managing expectations of key stakeholders for business continuity in a sustainable manner.

KEY ACTIVITIES

Market Research

• Develop strategy and action plan to facilitate identification of potential investors, who may be approached for considering Gopalpur Industrial Park as a destination for investment in consultation with investment bodies/government.
• Interface between TSSEZ and Government departments and serve as the single point of contact for providing inputs that will facilitate policy-making by the government.
• Keep management updated about the latest rules and regulations related to any investment/ease of doing business.
• Identify the target sectors based on the latest news and strategize attracting investors from the target sectors.
• Develop customize presentation dedicated to a particular target sector outlining the unique offering by TSSEZ and benefits provided by the government.   
• Develop presentations with relevant market research inputs to facilitate the management to present in various seminars and road shows.

Business Development

• Maintain good relationships with Govt bodies/industry forums for sourcing leads.
• Identify and report to Management any point of concern if any by Government/investment bodies.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in collaboration with Government and Industry Forums.
• Maintain cordial relations with Government and industry forums to fulfill Company’s Objectives.
• Facilitate projects of the Company requiring Government intervention.

Events & Exhibitions

• Identify suitable events and exhibitions and road shows that give better Marketing ROI.
• Facilitate/Collaborate with concerned Govt authority in sharing platform to showcase Gopalpur Industrial Park.
• Actively involved in all investor’s meet organized by Government.
• Facilitate statutory/other approvals from concerned authorities at State and Centre.
• Coordinate with various industry forums and government agencies to identify avenues of promoting Gopalpur Industrial Park and Strengthen TSSEZ’s participation in various Industry and Investment forums.

Public Relations

• Prepare Press Releases on various milestones or events of the project.
• Co-ordinate with Tata Steel Corporate Communications team and other department of Tata Steel.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• MBA from a reputed college. Female candidate will be preferred.
• Interpersonal Effectiveness, Influencing Skills, Integrity, Achievement Orientation & Professional Excellence.
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Knowledge of Marketing and Public Relations. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of statutory rules and regulations for setting up an industry.
• Work experience with Government, SEZ, Industry Forum will be preferred.
