Main Purpose of the Job

  • Responsible for all admin-related activities at Gopalpur.
  • Responsible for maintaining Corporate and Industrial Relationships with Government Officials, Stakeholders, Local Communities, etc.

KEY ACTIVITIES

 

Maintain corporate relationship with Government Officials

  • Liaise and coordinate with government officials on R&R, land, and lease matters.
  • Meet government officials regularly, brief management on meeting outcomes, and comply with actionable points.
  • Coordinate meetings with government officials.
  • Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and member industries.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory provisions concerning company operations and facilities.

Administration

  • Oversee daily office operations and procedures to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and monitor budgets and expenses.
  • Address facility management, office logistics, and vendor relations; ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the general upkeep of office areas and assets (pantry, cafeteria, pest control, etc.).
  • Monitor organizational changes and business developments to adapt administrative processes as needed.
  • Assist in preparing budgets and expense reports.

Compliance

  • Foster positive employee–employer relationships, address and resolve workplace issues, and ensure the organization complies with all relevant labour laws and regulations.
  • Address and resolve employee grievances, labour disputes, and workplace incidents in coordination with the concerned officer.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, rules, and statutory obligations in coordination with the IR Manager. Organize and conduct training or workshops on industrial relations and compliance.

Experience, Qualification and Behavioral Attributes

  • Graduated from a reputed college with 0–2 years of work experience. Preference will be given to candidates with an MBA degree.
  • Must be well-versed in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Should be able to keep confidentiality of jobs, emails, and correspondence, and should be able to organize and prioritize tasks.
