Main Purpose of the Job

Execution and coordination of all electrical jobs especially electrical infrastructure development (220 kV/33 kV Switchyard, HT/LT Distribution Systems) in the Industrial Park.

Safety

Strongly maintain and comply with the safety norms at site as per the approved Safety Plan.

Coordination, Execution and Monitoring

Handling Projects-cum-Operations of 220 kV/33 kV substation with HT/LT System (which includes 33 kV substation, LT Panels, Transformer, Pumps, Overhead Transmission Line & Street Lights)

Planning and execution of all activities related to Electrical Works (includes-Civil works of transformers, 220 kV and 33 kV GIS buildings, HT/LT Substation, Overhead Transmission Line)

Certification of monthly measurements for executed electrical works and checking & certification of bills submitted by the vendors.

Develop and review cost estimates, project/establish and implement the Project/Operation Plan with Spares Planning.

Define the work strategy with the Project Manager/Line Manager and provide detailed execution plan for the site.

Statutory Compliance

Coordination with local Govt. bodies like CEIG Office and Local Power Distribution Company for approvals.

Experience & Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in Electrical Projects-cum-Operation of HT, 220 kV & 33 kV Substation/E-houses, HT/LT Distribution system of power and related infrastructure development works.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized/reputed Engineering, College/University.
• A self-driven team player adept in execution, organizing, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should have knowledge of Statutory Compliances.
