MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Responsible for Civil Infrastructure Development for Gopalpur Industrial Park

KEY ACTIVITIES

Safety

• Strongly Maintain and Comply Safety norms at site as per approved Safety Plan. Expected to promote Good Safety Culture within the organization.

Coordination, Execution and Monitoring

• Execution of all Civil Infrastructure related projects for development of industrial park as mentioned below: 
• Road construction
• Bridge & Culvert constructions
• Water Treatment Plant
• Transport Park
• Drainage System
• Reservoir Development
• Quality control and Quality assurance at site, Certification of quantity, measurement of executed work, certification of bills as submitted by vendors.
• Defining the work methodology with project manager/line manager and providing detailed execution plan for execution at site.
• Planning and execution of risk assessment & mitigation plans.
• Develop and review Cost estimates, projection/establishing and implementing the Project/Operation Plan with Spares Planning.
• Project monitoring as per master schedule and maintain day-to-day target and daily progress report.
• Development of cost model for the projects.

Statutory Compliance

• Coordination with Local Govt bodies for the related approvals.
• Ensure compliances to the application Rules & Regulations.

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & BEHAVIOURAL ATTRIBUTES

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Civil Projects and related infrastructure development works.
• Degree in Civil Engineering from recognized/reputed Engineering College/University.
• A self – driven team player good in execution, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
