Main Purpose of the Job

  • To drive and ensure implementation of HRM strategy with the purpose to enable the realization of business goals and create an atmosphere of performance excellence that maximizes delivery of business results
  • To manage administration activities of Bhubaneswar Office

HRM

  • Developing and implementing human resource policies.
  • Hiring employees and managing their life cycle.
  • Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Managing employee engagement and performance reviews.
  • Motivating and supporting current employees.
  • Maintaining employee records and handling employee benefits.
  • Identifying hiring needs and creating job descriptions.
  • Designing and directing training programs.

 

 

 

 

Administration

 

  • General Office Management – Stationery requirement and keeping track of inventory, courier service, organizing and managing event/celebrations.  
  • Pantry and Housekeeping Management – Monitoring and maintaining pantry and housekeeping inventories. Regular monitoring & supervising all housekeeping activities to ensure clean and hygienic work environment.
  • Travel management of employees as per the policy of the company and managing the company owned vehicle.

       MD’s Office

 

  • Managing the office of the Managing Director.
  • Scheduling meetings and updating MD’s calendar.
  • Evaluating Sanction Requests and placing for approval.
  • Coordinating between departments for execution of various initiatives.

Documentation, Budgeting & MIS

  • Documentation, record keeping, preparation of MIS and monitoring of departmental budget, preparation of purchase/sanction requests and approval notes for various purposes.
  • Compliance to ABP, ISO, SOP and Statutory Requirements.

 

Experience & Qualifications

  1. Minimum 2 years of working experience.
  2. Two Years full-time PG Diploma/MBA with specialization in HR from a recognized institution/university. 
  3. Should possess good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
