Project Management for Civil Infrastructure development at Gopalpur Industrial Park.

Safety

Strongly maintain and comply with the safety norms at site as per the approved Safety Plan.

Coordination, Execution and Monitoring

Execution of multiple Civil Infrastructure-related projects under Industrial Park development including Road construction, Bridge & Culvert constructions, Surveying work, Quality control and Quality assurance at site, certification of quantity and executed work measurements.

Defining the work methodology with Project Manager/Line Manager and to provide detailed execution plan to execute at site along with risk assessment & mitigation plans.

Certification of monthly quantity measurement for executed works and checking & certification of bills submitted by the vendors.

Develop and review cost estimates and project/establish and implement the Project/Operation Plan with Spares Planning.

Project monitoring as per master schedule and maintain the day-to-day target and daily progress report.

Statutory Compliance

Coordination with local Govt bodies for the related approvals.

Experience & Qualifications

• 1. 5-8 years of relevant experience in Civil Projects and related infrastructure development works.
• 2. Degree in Civil Engineering from recognized/reputed Engineering College/University.
• 3. A self – driven team player with good in execution, organizing, communication and interpersonal skills.
