Main Purpose Of Job

Responsible for Project Planning, Budgeting, Estimation, Monitoring of the Project at Gopalpur

Key Accountabilities

KEY ACTIVITIES

Project Planning and Management

Review and Finalization of Estimated Project Cost and Project Construction Schedule

Review and analysis of Drawing, Design and Layout of the project

Responsible for measurement and certification of quantities of executed work

Ensure the preparation of bill of quantities as per drawing and design

Review and analysis of Quality Assurance and delivery of Project within timeline

Manpower management and optimum utilization of resources for Project completion within the timeline

Ensure maintaining Safety standards at the site

Monitoring & Controlling, MIS and Documentation

Risk Identification, Ranking and Reviewing & Monitoring as per decided frequency

• Monitoring & controlling the overall progress and computing time deviations
• Preparation of project recovery (catch up) plans

Preparing the MIS reports for the top management

Indication of critical & non-critical areas of the project along with constraints and front availability information

Statutory Approvals and Stakeholder management

Ensure getting all statutory approvals related to the Projects like Local Electricity Board Approval, Height Clearances, Fire Prevention Wing etc.  

Coordination with internal and external stakeholders

Coordination with contractor/ consultant for compliance of statutory requirements

Experience & Qualifications

• 10 – 15 years of relevant experience in Civil Infrastructure Works
• Should have good understanding of safety and statutory rules and regulations, liasioning skills, stakeholder management skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills.
• Must be adept in MS Projects, MS Office, Advanced Excel, AutoCAD
• Should be adept in Relationship Management
• B. Tech. in Civil Engineering from a reputed institution
