Facilitating monthly reviews to monitor progress in grievance redressal and complaint resolution.

Supporting third-party agencies in conducting impact evaluations.

Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely
resolution of complaints.

 

 

Monitoring implementation:

Ensuring alignment between policy guidelines and actual implementation on the ground.

Maintaining MIS to review progress of implementation Indicating gaps and coordinating gaps between different stakeholders to ensure implementation of timely remedial measures through specific or policy level intervention.

Overseeing documentation, budget monitoring, and MIS activities related to Corporate and Industrial Relations functions.

EXPERIENCE &
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Should have minimum 5-12 years working experience.
  • Postgraduate in Management/MSW/IRPM/Any discipline from a reputed University. Preference will be given to LLB graduate as additional qualification.

  • Identify the target sectors based on the latest news and strategize attracting investors from the target sectors.

Business Development

  • Ensure physical possession of land 
  • Liasioning and coordination with Govt. officials for land matters

R & R Matters

  • Disbursement of pending additional R & R packages to the displaced families in a timely manner.
  • Capture the grievances of DPs and PAPs and put up to the management to address their concerns.

Liasioning and coordination with Govt. officials for land matters

  • Land Payment: Ex-gratia payment to concerned stakeholders as per guideline.
  • Provide input to land committee based on the master plan as and when land is being allotted or any infrastructure is being developed.
  • Maintaining & updating land records related to claims, land demarcation and possession.
  • Ensure timely payment of annual Ground Rent & Cess, land revenue and any other statutory payment.
  • Preparation of transfer deeds for execution & registration and mutation of land. Handle grievances and issues related to land.

Documentation and Budget Monitoring

  • Preparation of sanction requests and approval notes for various purposes.
  • Controlling Land & Lease MIS (Offline/Online).

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & BEHAVIOURAL ATTRIBUTES

  • Education:  Minimum – Graduate, LLB preferred.   
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Land and R&R processes, land rules and regulations.
  • Skill: Liasioning skills, stakeholder management skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills. Should be adept in networking and relationship management.
