The customer will have to register the project at www.sezonline-ndml.co.in to obtain the necessary approvals as a SEZ unit by following the procedures outlined here. FALTA SEZ is the nodal agency for facilitating these approvals for the SEZ in GIP. After obtaining the approval as a SEZ unit, the customer will need to apply for the necessary approvals in the GoSwift portal of the Government of Odisha. Generally, the Government of Odisha (GoO) provides the necessary approvals in 30 days. At the same time, the customer can also conduct due diligence of the property on its own or by a law firm.
