Meeting with Government Officials on regular basis

Briefing the management about outcomes of meetings and comply to actionable points.

Coordinate in arranging meeting with Government Officials

 

 

Grievance Handling

Counselling DPs and PAPs or stakeholders for any grievances

Facilitate monthly review of progress in mitigating grievances/ complaints

Facilitating any third party for impact evaluation

Coordinating with different stakeholders to ensure that the complaints raised are resolved 

Monitoring Implementation

Ensuring no gaps between the policy & actual implementation

Maintaining MIS to review progress of implementation Indicating gaps and coordinating gaps between different stakeholders to ensure implementation of timely remedial measures through specific or policy level intervention

Ensure Documentation, Budget monitoring, MIS related to Corporate & Industrial Relations function

 

Experience & Qualifications

  • 5 – 7 years of relevant work experience.
  • Graduate/ Postgraduate in Personal Management and Industrial Management. Preference to candidates with a legal background.
  • Should possess good communication skills, interpersonal skills, networking and liasioning skills.

Strongly maintain and comply with the safety norms at site as per approved Safety Plan.

 

 

 

 

Coordination, Execution and Monitoring

Execution of multiple Civil Infrastructure related projects in the industrial park development including Road Construction, Bridge & Culvert Constructions, Survey Work, Quality Control and Quality Assurance at site, certification of quantity and executed work measurements.

Defining the work methodology with project manager/line manager and to provide detailed execution plan for the site along with Risk Assessment & Mitigation plans.

Certification of monthly quantity measurement for executed works and checking and certification of bills submitted by the Vendor Partners.

Develop and review Cost estimates and projection/establishing and implementing the Project/Operation Plan with Spares Planning.

Project monitoring as per master schedule and maintain the day-to-day target and daily progress report.

Statutory Compliance

Coordination with Local Govt. bodies for the required approvals.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in Civil Projects and related infrastructure development works.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed College/University.
  • A self – driven team player adept in execution, organizing, communication and interpersonal skills.

Review and analysis of Quality Assurance and delivery of Project within timeline

Manpower management and optimum utilization of resources for Project completion within the timeline

Ensure maintaining Safety standards at the site

Monitoring & Controlling, MIS and Documentation

Risk Identification, Ranking and Reviewing & Monitoring as per decided frequency

  • Monitoring & controlling the overall progress and computing time deviations
  • Preparation of project recovery (catch up) plans

Preparing the MIS reports for the top management

Indication of critical & non-critical areas of the project along with constraints and front availability information

Statutory Approvals and Stakeholder management

Ensure getting all statutory approvals related to the Projects like Local Electricity Board Approval, Height Clearances, Fire Prevention Wing etc.

Development and implementation of health, environment, and safety program to ensure compliances with environmental, health and safety laws, rules, and regulations

Develop and implement health & safety programs in the company

Oversees organizational compliances with local, state, and federal environment health and safety regulations and keeps abreast of any changes in the laws and regulations

Ensures compliances with Environmental laws, rules, regulations and implementation of water, air, e-waste, hazardous waste, solid waste etc.

Ensures that environment health and safety related policies and procedures are updated and available

Ensures safety training, on site mock drills to the contractors, labors, and employees at a regular interval

Ensures induction of new employees, contractors, labors with safety orientation and training

Conducts routine safety meetings to review new procedures, policies and get safety observations and issues resolved

Implementation of Integrated Management Systems through ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure highest standard of safety and compliances

  • Receipt of technical, commercial & price offer in sealed envelopes /password protected files.
  • Preparation of cost estimates based on past orders and site provided data.
  • Following up with Engineering function for technical clearance

  • Evaluation of contractor’s bids, commercials, and finalization of contract
  • Organizing meeting with vendors for finalization of contract terms and condition, agreements (if required) with the vendors.
  • Preparation of tabulation of commercial terms and condition and finalization of the same with all vendors.
  • Issue released/approved WO/PO/ARC to vendor/contractor and follow up with Vendor / Contractor for order acceptance.

Vendor Management and Evaluation

  • Manage Vendor Evaluation, Design of vendor evaluation parameter
  • Registration and Manage Vendor data base with all documents

 

MIS and Record Maintenance

  • Preparation of MIS
  • Maintain procurement folder starting from PR, RFQ, offers with all revision, Technical acceptance, Order, Order acceptance, and change order etc.
  • Maintain record for open orders for follow-up with vendors.

 

Experience & Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering and/or MBA with  3-5 years of procurement/supply chain experience (preferred)
